This is the new list of releases!

Howdy Pardners,

I've spent the better part of the last year working 5-8 hours a day on completing a host of releases for your consumption- both from the past as well as the somewhat scary Present.

First off 3 Brand New Ure Thrall releases:

Ure Thrall and the Sonic Insurgency:

"Arabian Knightmares" : featuring the Track from the 2003 Drone Records Single "Premonition9/11"(now out of print)as well as 70 additional minutes of Arabian / American Conflict from around the world. Lush desert harmonics and arabian industrial rythyms intertwine with a subtle array of real recordings taken from the current conflicts across the Arabian battleground. This is all given the patented '\"Ure Thrall Treatment " of course.

With The Fruitless Hand, Ferrara Pan, and Scott Sterling as "the Sonic Insurgency"

Ure Thrall: The Bone Tree Soundtracks part 2:

Very Thick and Rich rhapsodic guitar flourishes emanate through a chasm of a deep harmonic abyss creating a depth of space music heretofore never conjured. Starting with an extended version of "theTraveler"(previously appearing as the B side of the sold out Drone Records 7") the next 79 minutes takes the listener on an epic journey through space and time with a music that interweaves a chaotic array of sounds ranging from Volcanic activity, foghorns, choirs, to a miked metal sculpture and two 100 yard long metal barges (to name just a few comparisons). Musical Alchemy in its newest form.

Ure Thrall

"ALIEN SOUNDTRACKS FROM THE HUMAN BODY"

The human body is still a mystery to most of us. Its inner workings are as alien as a shaking hands with a jellyfish. And so are the sounds it makes. Using a microphone of utmost power and efficiency, an amazing alien world of stunning complexity is revealed. But the actual sounds themselves are too alien for even human ears to consider! So this is a TRANSLATION of what goes on inside the Human Body. And these are VERY ALIEN soundtracks. Featuring recordings of The Heart, Lungs, Yoni, Lingam, Belly. Anus and the Brain, this journey all throughout our alien landscape is both startling and richly beautiful.

...NEXT we have some new release and re- releases from the time when Ure Thrall was working in Houston with the members of ASIANOVA as well as recordings from the live shows as TERMINUS and URE THRALL;

ASIANOVA

6 Cd Series "Turning the Black Skies Blue Again"

Compiling not only all the material previously released on the extremely limited Discorporeality Cassettes in 1995, but at least half of the music in this set has never before been released. All the pieces flow seamlesly from one piece to the next much like the popular 1st Asianava Cd "Burning the Black Skies Blue". Many of the pieces have also been reworked and all the tracks have been remastered to give thick full sound for your listening pleasure.

The titles are

> > 1: "Love like a Veiled Threat" 79:57

> > 2. "Nether- Nether Land" 79:57

> > 3. "Tripped Itch" 79:57

> > 4. "Suite Dreams" 79:57

> > 5. "Deja Voodoo" 79:57

> > 6. "Terminal Ferocity" 79:57

Twin Female Vocalists shine against a dense backdrop of darkly beautiful surroundings- really this material is beyond words. Asianova listeners already know, you'll want every single volume.

II. Terminus (with Ure Thrall and Pam Passmore)

> > 1. Nine Winks to Neptune

> > 2. Every Laugh Has A Shadow

Brand new Rerelease oi the two classic 1995 Discorporeality releases. Much of this material was recorded while onstage direct fom the mixing board and all of it was recorded live. Surprisingly slick and oftimes richly moving pieces ranging from the spurious to the downright frightening. Dark female vocals against a stark but melodic industrial background.

III. Cruor: "Screech of Elvis" (Studio)

> > "Red Metal " (Studio)

> > "Mass" (Live 1988) with Bonnie, Tim and other special guests

> > " Black Harvest " (Live 1990) With Bonnie Mc Nairn and Paul Valsecchi

......Before Voice of Eye, before Esoterica Landscapes Seven, and before Asianova,

Ure Thrall and Jim Wilson, followed by Bonnie Mc Nairn and finally Tim Sternat, performed numerous live shows in the "underground Houston Industrial Music Scene" (Ha!). Descending on such local dives as the "Pik 'n' Pak" and "The Axiom" or the infamous "Commerce Street Artists Warehouse" and even sneaking themselves into the now Defunct downtown nightclub "Power Tools", Cruor foisted their industrial mayhem on many an unsuspecting "Free Bird" demanding crowd way back in 1988.

The music sometimes consists of an assortment of mesmerizing harmonic melees created with squelching echoing guitars and bass with smooth rich keys and rythym supplanting the structure from time to time. Space reigns supreme on these Cruor releases except for MASS which documents the first ever collaboration between all four of the groups final roster and also recounts the most BRUTAL improvistaional piece they would ever record.

IV URE THRALL

"Shauerroman" (1995)

"The Ure Thrall Experience" (1991)

What we have hear are two dramatically opposite examples of Ure Thrall in the mid 90's. While "Shauerroman" is mostly sweet and serene studio recordings. "the Ure Thrall experience" is a puling pounding amalgamation of Banshee vocals, uncontrollable rythyms, scathing guitar and deep bottomed keyboards and drums. "Shauerroman" begins with an extremely long version of Asianova's "Chaotic Vision" and continues with a deep ritualistic drumming / pounding amidst a sailing e-bowed guitar intertwining with the powerful voice of Mr. Chad Salvata. Next is "Downward God" a live recording from a performance at Commerce Street Artists Warehouse in 1994 which sets the tone for the remaining tracks on the CD which is one of both deep brooding contemplation of things both puzzlingly dark and intricately beautiful. In complete contrast, the Ure Thrall Experience calls on the talents of chanteuse Treva and Sonic Alchemist Kelly Thistle (once upon a time collectively known as "Mauve Sideshow") to create a morass of emotional and technological misanthropy that will make your dog howl and your duck quack! One side Recorde live on KPFT Houston Radio and the other performed live at that den of iniquity "Power Tools"

- Smooth Quality Excrement: "Plastic Perpendicular Crevice" is an unbelievable journey into beautiful dark drone territory. Perhaps the darkest S.Q.E yet! Includes a 20 minute improv session recorded live on KFJC radio (of Palo Alto,California) in collaboration with TROUM entitled "Troum Excrement".

S.Q.E. : "The Abyss Stares Back" is a totally new direction for S.Q.E. featuring an amazing array of female vocalists working with the Fruitless Hand (aka J Greco) who created this amazing work with help from Kris Force (Amber Asylum), the girls from ORCHIS, and of course long time collaborator Ure Thrall.

S.Q.E. : "Wahid" Seven Inch on Drone Records is the final installment of the S.Q.E. trilogy for this year. Heavy Dark Drones, female voices and atmospherics make this release a beautiful production with a serenely majestic silkscreened cover.

Ure Thrall: Robotic Warchants of 2084 Truly a seminal release from the anals of the Ure Thrall catalogue. Heavy Cybertantric rhythms and lots of disturbing echoing robotic voices depict Ure's vision of life in a war-torn apocalyptic future ruled by Cyborgs. For a limited time includes the ORIGINAL cassette cover art!

Ure Thrall: Technological Abyss -Depicts life AFTER the war in a world where all the remains of our much vaunted technological renessiance lie broken and forgotten scattered along the wastelands of the future. Short Circuiting Hard Drives and jury-rigged electrocution machines are all that remain and this is an auditory depictation of this "oh so happy go lucky!" future lifestyle. (With the Original Cover art!)

Ure Thrall: Ghost Light Pen / Mysterious Deafenings This is the earliest true darkness coming from the Ure Thrall camp. Dark eerie harmonics layered with Ure's voice and subtle tape manipulations make this a very unique and eerily beautiful release.

Ure Thrall: Sinistarecase

Sonorous industrial composition composed in a lonely lost mind-addled state. Imagine a despair so deep that it forces you to document it with sound. Ure's work has most always been focused on the outpouring of emotional angst and depth of feeling. So for Ure, this is what being FORLORN sounds like.

TWIN BLADES: "My Mind is a Close Shave" This collaboration between Ure Thrall and Chad Salvata (head of the performance troupe and audio enclave known as "E-Thos") crosses over into a new realm of composition. Song-Oriented in many ways but very heavily warped in others, the combination of Voice, percussion, beautiful keys and samples and Ure's unique guitar work make this project one of the most well-rounded and listenable of all the Discorporeality releases.

TWIN BLADES: "Mesh" ...is the second and final release of the Twin Blades series featuring Ure Thrall and Chad Salvata. More stark and intense song arrangements ranging from the serene to the combative. With Special guest Pamela Passmore from Asianova/Terminus.

TERMINUS: "Nine Winks to Neptune"

The very 1st release from Terminus is a very strong showing from these two Asianovan outcasts. Ure Thrall's eerie and menacing arrangements with a wide variety of influences from the ambient to the hypnotically tantric provide an intense backdrop for the vocals and lyrics of Pamela Passmore. A male/female dynamic duo unlike any other you've heard before.

TERMINUS: "Children Under Stars"

is the third Terminus release (see previous catalogue for releases #2 and #4) and is perhaps prettier and more benevolent than ANY of the Terminus releases. Pamela Passmore and Ure Thrall bely their hectic relationship with this production of calm soothing arias form inner space.

URE THRALL: Bone Tree Soundtracks Volume 1

This first volume (of a 3 volume series) marks a major turning point in Ure's approach. Going from sheer improvisation to composed arrangements, the intensity and scope of the music has become very focused and powerful. Commissioned by the infamous Burning Man Festival for a Sound Sculpture and ritual installation in 1999.

SILVA MIND KONTROL: "Twice in a Blue Moon"

Amazing male female duo featuring San Francisco Perdformance Artist Kaosmikitty and Ure Thrall playing a variety of asian and traditional instruments with very heavy processing. Special Guests Ferrara Pan (of Forms of Things Unknown) and The Fruitless Hand.

SMOOTH QUALITY EXCREMENT: "Bird / Truck Collision"

The Momentous debut of S.Q.E. 65 colossal minutes of sonic washes filled with sweet mayhem to clean out your psyche.

SMOOTH QUALITY EXCREMENT: "Destroy Our Planet Please"

(Volumes 1 and 2)<2 seperate discs!> More amazingly dense and beautiful sound constructs from this terrorific trio of space aliens. Can be bought seperately or as a double CD set.

URE THRALL AND THE FRUITLESS HAND: "Forbidden Fruit"

A self released repress (with extra material!)of the once sold out 1st release from the duo that would go on to join Smooth Quality Excrement and put out the Audio Odditions Kompilation series. Deep angelic arrangements juxtaposing harmonics and sound sculpture in a very heavily layered form. PLus the cover features a spaced out send-up of the Velvet Underground "Banana" cover art designed by Ure.

Audio Odditions CD Kompilation #1:

Featuring Unreleased Tracks from Metamorphic Mindphase (Jim Wilson of VOICE OF EYE), Smooth Quality Excrement, Ure Thrall, Silva Mind Kontrol, OD FORCE (P.Locasta), Darmstadt Pharmacy, Kaosmikitty and more!

Audio Odditions Cd Kompilation #2

An amazing international array of very dark sound and previously unreleased music from OUR favorite artists including VOICE OF EYE, TROUM, BLOODBOX, EDWARD KA-SPEL, ORCHIS, U-R-I (aka URE THRALL), S.Q.E. and KAOSMIKITTY. One of the most intense and eclectic Kompilations you will ever find.
